Privacy contract
Four privacy commitments.
These apply to private and local routes. Optional hosted processing is a separate route with its own disclosure and consent. Read the full privacy model.
Plaintext stays on your devices
For private and local routes, prompts and results stay on devices you own.
The coordinator is not in the payload path
The coordinator does not receive model weights or private inference payloads from the private peer path.
Peers are authenticated
Requests and responses between mesh peers are authenticated before any work is accepted.
No cloud inference required
MeshStack can operate over private local and mesh networking without requiring cloud inference.
How it works
Authorize, discover, delegate, review.
Signing in, being allowed to use a resource, and having a healthy route to it are three different facts. Step through the flow and switch each check to see how they combine.
Step 01 of 4
Authorize
Sign in and enroll a device in your mesh. Membership shows the device belongs to your account. It does not, on its own, grant access to anything another device offers.
Route preference
Explanatory preview · not live dataWork goes to an enrolled peer that permits the capability, over an authenticated connection you own.
Optional hosted processing is a separate route with its own disclosure and consent. Read the pairing guide and the privacy model.
Platform previews
One mesh, five platform interfaces.
Explore screenshots and recorded walkthroughs of the interactive reference interfaces. They demonstrate identity and pairing flows with illustrative data—not released native apps or a live mesh. Features and public availability vary by platform and release.

Read the walkthrough transcript
The identity screen introduces device identity. Selecting Pair opens the example pairing screen, with a sample code and setup controls. Selecting Identity returns to the starting screen. This is an annotated reference preview with illustrative data, not a live mesh connection or proof of platform availability. The recording has no audio.
iOS
iPhone
Native app preview
- Shows the identity, pairing and device review flows the native app is built around.
- Public availability and validated capabilities are listed separately in the platform guide.
- A reference preview does not establish native tunnel support on a device.
Switch between the screenshot and screen recording, then use the player controls to watch. Neither the recording nor the route preview signs in, connects a device, or runs AI.
iPadOS
iPad
Native app preview
- A larger canvas for reviewing identity, pairing and permitted device capabilities.
- Review devices under your account while keeping device identity and resource permissions distinct.
- Feature coverage and release validation can differ from iPhone and Mac.
Switch between the screenshot and screen recording, then use the player controls to watch. Neither the recording nor the route preview signs in, connects a device, or runs AI.
Android
Android
Client preview
- Shows the one-time QR pairing and fingerprint confirmation flow.
- A published build and a store listing are separate facts.
- Follow your release’s VPN permission and pairing instructions.
Switch between the screenshot and screen recording, then use the player controls to watch. Neither the recording nor the route preview signs in, connects a device, or runs AI.
macOS
Mac
Native app preview
- Shows the desktop identity and device views planned for the native Mac app.
- An installable desktop client does not establish native tunnel support.
- Native Apple and desktop-client editions have separate release and connection requirements.
Switch between the screenshot and screen recording, then use the player controls to watch. Neither the recording nor the route preview signs in, connects a device, or runs AI.
Windows
Windows
Desktop client · capabilities verified separately
- A desktop workspace for reviewing identity, pairing and permitted device capabilities.
- Client install, tunnel, peer and workload are each verified separately.
- A running adapter or an online coordinator is not proof of a peer handshake.
Switch between the screenshot and screen recording, then use the player controls to watch. Neither the recording nor the route preview signs in, connects a device, or runs AI.
MeshStack™ desktop capture
One still capture of an existing MeshStack desktop build (v1.3.14) running on Windows: the chat surface, the Mesh, Node, Routing and Memory rail, status cards, and the private-route selector on the composer. The clip slowly pans and zooms across that single capture. It is not a recording of someone using the app, and it is not proof of a current release.
MeshStack v1.3.14 desktop build on Windows. No audio. Use the player controls to start, pause or go full screen.
Specialized editions
Each edition has one job, and a clear limit.
Every edition joins the same account and mesh. The status shown is the current stage, not a release date.
In development · preview testing
Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac
Local and private AI, device management, authenticated peer inference and ambient status surfaces across Apple devices.
Limit: Preview features remain subject to native-device and release validation.
Companion · preview
Apple Watch companion
A glanceable companion for mesh status, job progress and approval attention, with supported private AI relay through the paired iPhone.
Limit: Not an independent compute node. Widgets and ambient status surfaces use metadata; command execution stays in the authorized app flow.
Onboarding · preview
THOX Instant App Clip
A light setup entry for new devices that gets you to the right next step quickly.
Limit: Not the full runtime. A public web chooser is the fallback where the App Clip is unavailable.
Account and membership
Web control plane
Manage your account, mesh membership and enrolled devices from a browser.
Limit: Account management is separate from inference: private workloads run on authorized endpoints, not in the control plane.
Verified per capability
Desktop and client variants
Desktop clients join the same mesh and account as your other devices.
Limit: Client install, tunnel, peer connection and workload route are separate checks, confirmed for your exact build.
Device-facing integration
MeshStack in ThoxOS
ThoxOS devices can offer authorized endpoints to your mesh where supported. ThoxBeam is the runtime inside ThoxOS that ThoxKey uses on compatible host compute.
Limit: Availability depends on the device and release.
Check what your exact client and release support in the platform guide.
THOX devices
Four devices, four roles in your mesh.
MeshStack also connects devices you already own. These are the roles THOX devices are designed to take. Roles describe intended integration, not specifications or availability.
Portable ThoxOS
ThoxKey
Carries ThoxOS, with its ThoxBeam runtime, to a compatible host computer. The host supplies the compute.

ThoxAir
Helps you reach your authorized devices and delegate supported work from a wireless companion.
About ThoxAirLocal capabilities
ThoxMini
Offers local AI capabilities to your authorized mesh where supported.
About ThoxMiniMobile workflows
ThoxClip
